Jo & Ray

Jo & Ray had what can only be described as a modern, chic, urban wedding. They started the fun and games at the Savoy where they stayed the night before the ceremony and where they both then got ready for their big day. Shooting at such a prestigious and historical London venue was exciting and a bit nerve-wracking, but the staff were incredibly polite which always helps! I was even allowed into the gents as you’ll see from some of the photos. I shot some photos of Ray and Mack in the study and outside with the amazing cars- one a Lamborghini and their wedding car, a grand white Rolls Royce whilst Jo was getting ready in the gorgeous suite upstairs. Jo’s dress was pure, understated gorgeousness, complimenting her elegant frame perfectly. Given its February it was fairly chilly out so her feathered shrug was a stylish necessity that set the whole look off perfectly. Following The Savoy, the service was held at the famous (if you’re into celeb spotting that is) Chelsea Registry Office, which is absolutely tiny, but very cool indeed. We then went to one of the oldest Italian restaurants in Kensington, Scalini’s, where I had to use every inch of willpower not to tuck in to the food with the guests. It smelt delicious! Both Jo & Ray were relaxed and jovial for the entire day and their kids were completely adorable and fun to photograph. A great day! For more info on the venue’s visit:
